Brothers in Arms Not in Dire Straits!

So first one of the week, this week was always going to be tough due to things going on at work! I had organised to go out for the first time with my Bezzy mate and Older brother! He has been away for a couple of weeks with one thing or another work, skiing.
It was also the first time that I have been out in the dark! (Walking / Training that is!) so shortly after six this evening my brother came round and we continued to do the 7 mile loop Andreas, Lhen, Jurby and back to Andreas, it seemed to fly by and didnt hurt in any way.  I suppose it was because we were catching up and hadnt had a proper chat for ages, of course there was team talking and the sharing of stories, advice and help that each of us had heard from past victors of the Parish.  Thanks again to Ed Walter for this weeks help and valuable advice.
Before we knew it we were back home with another 7.5 miles under our belts / in our feet! :)  My Brother is off skiing again for half term this week but i will be closely following his serious altitude training via Endomondo and hopefully he will be not indulging too much on the Apres Ski activity.

I have found the following GPS watch which is due for release at the start of March and hope its of some use to people.  It does boast 50 hr battery life!!
